Oh today we had a half day~ I went to school!!! Haha! something to be quite surprised about.. anyway, we watched some performances and ya that was it.. One thing I felt very strongly about is the irony that the Malays were more excited about this entire thing than the Chinese!! Is cny becoming just another passe 'event'? I hope not! Well, for me I no longer look forward to cny as much as I did say 10 years ago? But of course the angbao enthusiasm is still high la. HAHA.. Anyway that's not the point.. hahaha.. Maybe it's having to meet my relatives? They are nice people but I feel quite awkward actually waha.. and they always tell me the same things.. wahaha! The only thing I don't like is having to open the front door and walk in.. cos that's when all will stare at you and comment.. wahaha!!! but anyway, this yr, I'm gonna try to shake off that blase attitude and brush up on my mandarin.. hahaha..
